Placing an Order

The quickest way to place an order is through our website. All purchases made at Style Link Miami are passed through a secure server so your credit card information is protected. All credit card payments are directly processed through our merchant account provider, Shopify, ApplePay, or PayPal. We never see or have access to your credit card information.

We currently accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Paypal. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

There is no need to worry about credit card safety when ordering from Style Link Miami using our secure server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the finest software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. All of your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information is encoded so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. More than 90% of Fortune 500 companies use SSL security to protect their sensitive information. We never see your credit card information or have any access to your credit card numbers when you place your order online.  

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases made in the state of Florida.

All discount codes must be input at the time of checkout by the customer. We cannot apply any discount codes on orders that have already been placed or prior purchases.

Please message us or send an e-mail to orders@stylelinkmiami.com if you need to modify an order after it has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify your order as we process and ship them out very quickly. 

Please go to the product page and sign up for a restock notification by clicking on the "Notify on restock" link above the Add To Cart button. If we get another item back in the size you're looking for, you'll automatically receive an e-mail from us!  Unfortunately we aren't able to do custom or special orders.   

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days). 

Express Shipping (1-2 business days).

Shipping is based on weight and location and is calculated at the checkout. Free shipping on all domestic orders $75 + up.  

Yes we ship internationally to the areas listed below. Custom and Duty charges are not included in your purchase and you are responsible for any charges at the time of package arrival.

Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes. If your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it's entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you're not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item. If a delivery is refused by you then, unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.

RETURNS

To return an item, please message us or send an email to returns@stylelinkmiami.com within 15 days of delivery. 

Shipping costs are non refundable. Return/Restock fee of $4.99 for all returns. Fee will be deducted from total refund amount. Return label will be provided within 1 to 2 business days of submitting the return request. 

No exchanges, please return the item following the return policy and place a separate order for the item you wish to purchase. 

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items received with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit and a reshipping fee will be applied. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Bodysuits and Swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
